WOLFVILLE - Town councilor David Mangle lead a group of a dozen snowshoeing enthusiasts on a Jan. 3 trek through the trails and ravines at the Watershed Nature Trust in Forest Hill near Wolfville.

Mangle had a couple of boxes of Newfoundland-style nylon webbed snowshoes for all those without. He said they can be borrowed from the town through the recreation department on Dykeland Street.

There will be four more treks in the Sunday afternoon series this month at the old municipal reservoir property. All are welcome.
