The Annapolis Valley Regional School Board has closed all schools due to a forecasted storm.
The board said on its website this morning that all exams, including the NSE English 12 exam, will move forward one day.
At 6 a.m. Environment Canada said it was -4C in Kentville and was forecasting for snow to begin during the morning and changing to ice pellets and freezing rain to rain late this afternoon.
The Environment Canada forecast included five to 10 centimetres of snow and ice pellets. The wind is forecasted to becoming southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50 near noon.
Ten to 20 mm of rain is in the forecast for tonight.
