One of the new services being offered by Maritime Bus - which will replace Acadia Lines - is additional service in the Wolfville area.

In a press release Nov. 19, the company announced Wolfville area will have an extra frequency daily with an early morning run to Halifax and a late afternoon return time. 

"I know we have made the right decision to launch Maritime Bus Dec. 1," Mike Cassidy, president of Maritime Bus, states. "Maritimers want a bus system and we are trying our best to make the changes they are suggesting. We are excited and we are listening to our customer."

    Wow. What a disgrace to completely ignore the residents south of Kentville. I guess I have no choice but Martime Bus is getting none of my money. Can't imagine how you claim to service the maritimes but hardly capture 25% of NS.

    It seemed that residents of other towns in the Annapolis county will be neglected as there would not be any bus servicing the other towns- I lived in Middleton and I used to rely to Acadian bus to go to Halifax. Why are the residents in these towns being neglected?

      Yes,I agree with the comment made by Vera Casanova!!.I have a friend that lives in Middleton,& it would be nice to get on a bus & travel down return trip to visit.She is right in saying,"Why are residents in these other towns being neglected"?.Come on,Maritime Bus,you are a great bus servive,but you need service to these other places as well.Thank You!!.By the way,I live in Halifax,so a service from Halifax to Middleton would make sense!!.
