Want to hit the ice over the holidays?

Tim Hortons is hosting free skating parties in Kings County communities this month.

Events take place in: Wolfville on Dec. 23, 3-5 p.m., at the Acadia rink; Kentville on Dec. 24, 1-2:30 p.m. and Jan. 1, 2-3:30 p.m.; Canning, Dec. 23, 12:45-1:45 p.m.; Berwick, Dec. 26, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; Kingston, Dec. 22, noon to 2 p.m.; and Greenwood, Dec. 23, 11 a.m. to noon.

Kings Physiotherapy is also hosting a free skate Dec. 23 from 4-5 p.m. at the Kentville Centennial Arena.

On New Year’s Eve, Wolfville will hold a free skate at Acadia from 6-9 p.m., with hot chocolate provided by Wolfville Scouts.
