A plow was pushing back the snow bank in the County Fair Mall parking lot Friday morning, making room for more snow. According to Environment Canada's forecast, it's expected to become cloudy this morning with flurries amounting to two to four centimetres. The wind will become westerly, 20 km/h gusting to 40 early this afternoon. The high of the day is forecasted to be zero degrees, but at 8 a.m., it was -11 C with a winchill of -17 C.
