According to Environment Canada's forecast, it's expected to become cloudy this morning with flurries amounting to two to four centimetres. The wind will become westerly, 20 km/h gusting to 40 early this afternoon. The high of the day is forecasted to be zero degrees, but at 8 a.m., it was -11 C with a winchill of -17 C.
