WEB EXCLUSIVE - Acadia students vote against u-pass

Acadia students have rejected the option of a u-pass for Kings Transit.

Students voted today to elect their new student council, as well as on a referendum question to determine wheter to increase student fees in exchange for a Kings Transit pass. In total, 80.91 per cent of students voted against the u-pass.

Kings Transit had proposed expanding its services if students had voted in favour of the u-pass.
