Still no plea in case of Kentville toddler's death

The case of a North Kentville man charged with manslaughter following the death of a three-year-old boy has been adjourned once again.

Adam William States, 26, is charged with manslaughter following the death of Antonio Pinch in North Kentville May 8, 2010. He was scheduled to enter a plea to the charge in Kentville July 29, but the matter was adjourned until Sept. 15, 2010. The court is awaiting a forensic report.

States was charged May 27 and was released on his own recognizance following a bail hearing in Kentville May 31.
