There were 138 reports made to Kings District RCMP between June 20 and June 23.

Collisions occurred in Lakeville and New Minas.

An upset customer made threats at a New Minas business about 10 a.m.

A youth was caught shoplifting in New Minas and someone reportedly walked out of a Kingston grocery store with a cart full of meat.

A ticket was issued in Wolfville during a cell phone and seatbelt checkpoint.

There was a complaint of loitering and littering in a parking lot off Commercial Street, New Minas. Later, a business in the village reported unwanted youth on bikes and skateboards.

A 22-year-old male was charged with stealing a truck in Berwick.

An intoxicated man was reported in Casey’s Corner.

A shed in Berwick was broken into. Later loud music coming from a vehicle in the town was a bother.

At 2:43 a.m. June 21, a 29-year-old male reported being assaulted by three strange males in New Minas.

At 5 a.m., an unwanted person prompted a call from Sheffield Mills. It was a man in his early 20s, who had been drinking and was kicked out by his girlfriend. He then crawled into a stranger’s car to sleep out of the cold.

An elderly woman died suddenly.

A driver in Canaan received a seven-day suspension.

A vehicle was towed in Wolfville due to a lack of insurance. Two minor collisions were reported in the town.

A prowler was reported in North Berwick looking around sheds. A shed in Grafton was broken into overnight; a Honda motorcycle and some tools were stolen.

A customer was causing a disturbance at a Greenwood business. Later someone made threats at a New Minas business.

Two people raised concerns about activity at the New Minas skate park.

A laptop was stolen through an open window at a home in Glenmont.

An assault was reported involving a 10-year-old and a 12-year-old.

A shoplifter was reported in New Minas.

Someone cut the lock and stole tools out of a shed in Woodville.

Early June 22, youth were reported on the roof of a business in Coldbrook.

A prowler was spotted in Cambridge.

There was a collision on highway 101 near Avonport.

Another shed in Woodville was broken into and tools taken.

Some cars on Commercial Street and around the WKM Health Centre were egged in Berwick.

At a Port Williams work site, more tools were reported stolen.

Loitering was reported outside a Greenwood business.

A 17-year-old girl was caught shoplifting in New Minas.

Buildings in White Rock and near Methal’s Dam had their hydrometers removed. Some salvage was stolen in Scott’s Bay.

The operator of a motorcycle received non-life threatening injuries in a collision on Middle Dyke Rd.

Prescription pills were stolen in North Kentville.

A report of odd census questions made over the phone was reported as possible fraud.

A residence in Windermere was broken into.

There was a loud party in North Kentville early on June 23.

A collision took place at 3:46 a.m. in the Aylesford area.

There were six domestic incidents; three involved unwanted communication. Four mental health calls came in; one concerned an older woman with Alzheimer’s.

Six family relations cases were reported. Police were called to youth group homes four times.

There were six complaints of harassing phone calls, including one from a collection agency.

Checkpoints were conducted in Greenwich, Aylesford and Lakeville. There were 14 driving complaints. Reports of speeding were received from Habitant and Aylesford.

There were 10 false 911 calls and a single false alarm.

The community policing officer attended a Crimestoppers meeting and took part in an appreciation dinner for New Minas firefighters held by the Citizens’ Patrol.
