Kyle Fredericks returns to court Nov. 21
Kyle Fredericks won’t be free anytime soon.
Judge Claudine MacDonald revoked Fredericks’ bail conditions Nov. 6 in Kentville court.
The Somerset man will remain at the Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in Dartmouth until his January 2013 trial on charges of trafficking and criminal negligence causing death in the 2010 death of Joshua Graves.
While in court Nov. 6, Fredericks pleaded guilty to a July 29 charge of escaping police custody and was sentenced to one day in custody deemed served. A second charge of breaching court conditions was withdrawn.
The 23-year-old pleaded not guilty to charges of escaping police custody and failure to comply with court conditions Sept. 18 in Berwick.
Fredericks is scheduled to return to court Nov. 21 to set a trial date on those two charges and for a pre-trial hearing on the trafficking and criminal negligence charges.
