Acadia women earn tie on the ice

The Acadia University womens’ hockey team tied the Sackville Wild 1-1 in recent play.

Raelee Rath was the lone Axewoman to score for Acadia.

“We ran into a hot goalie, as we outshot Sackville 40-18,” said Coach Dave Ettinger.

This past weekend, the team travelled to Lennoxville, Quebec to play in the first inter-collegiate tournament of the season at Bishops University.
