Axe down 10 in third quarter

Carleton has a 10-point lead with five minutes to go in the third quarter of their quarterfinal with the Acadia Axemen.

Owen Klassen, Anthony Ashe and Anthony Sears each have eight points for the eighth-ranked Axemen while Philip Scrubb and Tyson Hinz each have 16 for top-ranked Carleton.

Carleton jumped out early, winning the first quarter 27-11 while the Axemen won the second quarter 19-18.
