The Axemen and Axewomen are both 5-0 after a trip to Charlottetown Nov. 23.

Emily Nkosi led the women’s team to a 75-63 victory over the UPEI Panthers with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

Lindsay Harris contributed 17 points, Abby Duinker 14, Kristy Moore 13, Rita Leila Sibo 10 and Carlie MacDonald added 3.

On the men’s side, Jonathan Tull led the undefeated Axemen to a 86-79 win over the Panthers with 35 points. Anthony Ashe contributed 20 while Owen Klassen added 15. Bradley States, Sean Stoqua, Tyler Scott and Lauchlan Gale each put up 4 points.

Both Acadia teams are home in Wolfville Nov. 28 hosting St. F.X. The women play at 6 p.m. and the men at 8.
