WINDSOR, N.S. – Here's a look at what was making the news 25 and 50 years ago in the Hants Journal.

NEW MINAS NS - Kings District RCMP are seeking assistance from the public to solve three break-and-enters to one business in New Minas.
Between Nov. 18 and Nov. 24, 2016, police responded to three-break-and-enters at Nova Industrial Supplies. Each time, the lone suspect smashed a glass window on the door of the business to gain entry.
The suspect then took the cash drawer, which contained a quantity of money, and left the business on foot. The last time the suspect attempted to gain entry, it was unsuccessful. No further thefts have occurred since.
All three break-and-enters occurred in the early morning hours between 1 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. It is believed all three incidents are related.
Police are looking to identify and speak with the person in the attached photos. The investigation is ongoing.
