In the 2015 federal election Justin Trudeau and the Liberals promised that it would be the last "unfair" election with the First-Past-the-Post electoral system. He has now reneged on that promise.

On Feb. 1 the government announced reform was no longer a priority, citing low interest in polls. Rallies are planned across the country on Saturday to demand electoral reform.
