ANNAPOLIS ROYAL, NS - The Collaborative Emergency Centre at Annapolis Community Health Centre will be closed today and Thursday, the Nova Scotia Health Authority said in an advisory.
The closures are due to limited physician availability. The advisory listed the closures as follows:
-- Tuesday, Sept. 25 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
-- Thursday, Sept. 27 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The health authority said those experiencing a medical emergency should always call 911. General health concerns can be directed to 811, where health advice and information are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by registered nurses.
The Mental Health Crisis Line can also be reached 24/7 by calling 1-888-429-8167.
