KENTVILLE - The Kentville Farmers’ Market has a spiffy new location for the indoor season.
For the rest of October through to May, the market’s vendors will set up shop in the Calkin Building at 38 Cornwallis Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Wednesday.
“We’re going to get more drive-by and walk-by exposure being right on this corner,” said market manager Catherine Coles.
“It’s a nice place in the centre of town.”
The new location will feature the variety market goers know and love, while also offering a new commercial kitchen component that will open the door for more opportunities.
The market is a great way to support local entrepreneurs making quality products here at home, Coles said.
“These are your neighbours.”
