As part of his probation, Hines has been ordered to pay a total of $14,700 in restitution to the victims of the first count; a total of $47,935.78 in restitution to the victim of the second count and a total of $15,400 in restitution to the victim of the third count.

Hines has been ordered to pay the remaining restitution to each in four installments by June 30, 2020.
