SOUTH WILLIAMSTON -- A 19-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital in Halifax after he was involved in a single vehicle collision August 18.

According to an RCMP-issued release, Annapolis District RCMP responded to the crash at 4:12 p.m.

The man had been driving alone at the time of the crash and suffered serious injuries. He was transported via EHS LifeFlight to the QEII Hospital in Halifax.

An investigation is ongoing into the accident.
