Host team Horton High School claimed the silver medal at the NSSAF 2012 Provincial Volleyball Championship Dec. 1 after losing their hard-fought final match against Cobequid Education Centre from Truro (27-25, 13-25, 15-12). Horton was undefeated going into the finals after winning both round robin games on Nov. 30 and the semi-final game against Sackville earlier in the day on Dec. 1.
