The Kentville Wildcats Senior Baseball Club is hosting Sydney for three home games at Memorial Park June 23-24.
The games are slated for June 23 at 7 p.m., and June 24 at noon and 3 p.m.
Head coach Ian Mosher is excited to have another opportunity to get a big win at Memorial Park shortly after an exciting 2-1 victory over the visiting team from Truro June 14.
“It was a great game here in Kentville,” he said.
“It was an old-fashioned catchers’ duel and we won late in the game.”
Mosher was disappointed with the results of a 13-0 loss to Dartmouth June
“I used up a lot of my pitching to win the game the night before,” he said.

Mosher said the Wildcats are struggling in the standings, but the season is still young. He’s confident the home team will step up to the plate in the upcoming back-to-back games against Sydney.
“I’m hoping for a full team so we can at least put on our best show.”
