Boxing Day crash claims Waterville man’s life

MORRISTOWN, N.S. – A 32-year-old man from Waterville has died following a single-vehicle collision on Aylesford Road.

Police say a female passenger travelling in the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash occurred in Morristown around 6:09 p.m. Dec. 26., says a press release issued by Cpl. Andrew Joyce of the Nova Scotia RCMP shortly after 8:15 p.m.

“Our thoughts are with the victim’s family at this time difficult time,” the RCMP statement says.

The road was subsequently closed to allow for an investigation involving collision analysts with the RCMP.
