NEW MINAS, N.S. – Police are turning to the public for help locating a missing 14-year-old.
In a media release issued July 24, Nova Scotia RCMP spokesperson Jennifer Clarke said Makaela Westhaver was last spotted leaving a home in New Minas July 23.
“Westhaver is white, five-foot-one and 120 pounds, and when last seen she was wearing a dark blue crop top, denim shorts, and burgundy hi-top sneakers. She has long brown hair that she usually wears braided or in a ponytail. She may be wearing glasses,” the RCMP release reads.
