John Cline — Athens

John Gillogly Cline, Jr. passed away peacefully on 22 May 2019 after a brief illness. John was preceded in death by his parents, John Gillogly Cline, Sr. and Virginia Hill Cline of Athens, Ohio. His sons, Peter Cline of Columbus, Ohio and John Gillogly Cline, III, of San Francisco, California, his daughter Fannie Cline of Honolulu, Hawaii, his brother William S. Cline of North Canton, Ohio and his sister, Lisabeth Robinette Weirich of Scottsdale, AZ survive him. John was born on 9 August 1939 in Athens, Ohio. After graduation from High School John attended Ohio University in Athens, Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and later Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. John emigrated to Canada and was a resident of Wolfville, Nova Scotia at the time of his death. The family wishes to advise John's many friends that there will be no visiting hours and no services.
