Kevin Chaisson — Windsor
Chaisson, Kevin Edward, 63 of Scotch Village, Hants County passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born on May 17, 1955 in Halifax. He was the son of the late Wilburt and Linda (Broydell) Chaisson. Kevin loved working as a boiler maker and he worked his way up to the position of business manager for the Boiler Makers Union, Local 73. Kevin loved to play his guitar, he also loved hunting and fishing. Surviving are his wife, the former Lorna Hebb; daughters, Jennifer Chaisson (Brian Rines), Scotch Village; Linda Chaisson (Darren Fenton), Clarksville; Tanya (Ryan) Slaunwhite, Hammonds Plains; grandchildren, Douglas Edward Chaisson, Joshua Chaisson, Kevin Chaisson, Leah Slaunwhite, Brendan, A.J., Camden; brothers, Barry (Mary), Calgary; Gordon (Debbie), Crowesnest Pass, Alberta; sisters, Kim (Todd) Foley, Scotch Village; Sandra (Tanya) Skelhorne, Windsor; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Dana and William “Bill”. A celebration of life service was held 2 pm Thursday, October 18, 2018 in the Lindsay Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, P.O. Box 2218, Windsor, NS B0N 2T0. Rev. Garnet Parker officiated. Donations in memory can be made to the IWK Health Centre Foundation.
