Laurel was predeceased by her mother Maeann, sister Astrid, and husband Tom. After graduating from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, she worked for many years in the high tech and health care administration industries in Canada and Boston, and after the passing of her beloved husband Tom Ganley, Laurel had settled into her favorite area in central Maine on Ellis Pond, Roxbury to enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature and life-long friends. She will be missed but remembered fondly by all who knew her- a special lady with a special way to make those around her feel remembered and important.
