• Breakfast – Held by the Good Neighbour Club, 7-10:30 a.m. at the Centreville Community Hall. Freewill offering.

• Breakfast – Wolfville Lions Hall, 36 Elm Ave., 7-10 a.m. Adults $6, children 10 and under $3, all proceeds to community service work.


• Talent Auction – 10 a.m., Kingston United Church , 733 Main St, Talents offered  are home baking, meals, car detailing, pet sitting, musical entertainment and more. Successful bidders required to pay at that time with cash or cheque. Refreshments available. Loretta at  765-6821

• Crafts and Coffee – 10 a.m-1p.m.  Laurel Chapter O.E.S. Berwick, craft sale and coffee party. Freewill offering. Held at the Masonic Temple, Mill St., Berwick

Coffee and Crafts – 10 a.m.-noon, coffee party and craft sale, St. John’s Parish hall, corner of Hwy 358  and Church Street.,  Port Williams.  Freewill admission, proceeds to ACW outreach projects.

• Soup Luncheon – 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Lakeville Community Hall. Freewill offering, proceeds for hall maintenance.

• Christmas Luncheon - Hantsport Baptist Church, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Adults $9, children  12 and under $5. Pantry table, knitting, fancywork, crafts. Take-outs available for pickup only.



• Ladies Crib Tournament - Kentville Legion, registration 12:30 p.m., play 1 p.m., upstairs. $20 per team. Lunch served compliments of the ladies.

• Tea and Sale - At Wolfville Ridge United Baptist Church, 2-4 p.m. Bake table, craft table, white elephant table and touch and buy table. Cost Adults - $5, 12 and under $2.50, under five free

Tea and Sale  - Bethany Memorial Baptist Church, Aldershot, 2- 4 p.m. $6. Bake and white elephant tables.

• Tea and Sale – At St. Andrews United Church Hall, Wolfville. Home baking, wreaths, handcrafts, proceeds to food bank. 2-4 p.m

• Tea and Sale - Canaan Community Hall, Canaan Mountain. Craft and bake tables, 2-4 p.m. Freewill offering for hall upkeep.

• Dance - Kentville Legion Dance, 9:30 p.m. $6 per person.

Playing Big Deal.

Christmas Auction - L.E. Shaw Elementary School, Avonport. Doors open at 6 p.m., bidding starts at 7. Lots of good quality items. Trick or Treat auction during intermission. Proceeds for West Brooklyn Baptist Church. 

•  ACTS of Worship -  Formerly Rally in the Valley, will be gathering again on at First Cornwallis Baptist Church. All ages welcome.

• Variety Show - Greenwich Fire Hall

7- 9:30 p.m. Performances by Nora Davidson, Ron DeAdder, Connie Stokes & Stillwater. Canteen available, silent auction. Freewill donations with proceeds towards the rebuilding fund for the Black River Community Club  

• Dance - Coldbrook Lions Dance, 9 p.m.-1 a.m., $6 per person. Music by Rte 12. Info: 538-8050.

Nov. 18

• Christmas Tea – 2-4 p.m., Aylesford fire hall. Admission $5, 10 years and under $3. Touch and take, bake table, door prizes. Proceeds to the Aylesford Firefighters Auxiliary.

• Hymn Sing - Wolfville Ridge United Baptist Church, 7 p.m. Special guests Anthony Riley & Friends.  Freewill offering.  Refreshments and fellowship to follow.

• Annual Meeting – of Somerset Community Hall will be held at the hall, 7 p.m. We need your voice to keep the Hall operational. For more information, call 538-8276

• Wolfville Tree Lighting Ceremony - 6:30 p.m. at the Wolfville Post Office. Hot chocolate served by the Wolfville Tritons Swim Club, pictures with Santa and Christmas caroling with the Wolfville Community Choir. • Luncheon and Sale - 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., South Berwick Women's Institute is hosting a Christmas luncheon and sale at the South Berwick Community Hall.  Adults $8,; cildren $4.
