The Valley Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit seized marihuana and drug trafficking paraphernalia at a residence on Cottage Street in Berwick on Dec. 11.
A warrant was executed under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act. As a result, a 47-year-old Berwick man was arrested and will face two charges, possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and trafficking in marijuana.
A 16-year-old male was also arrested at the scene and faces a charge of possession of marijuana.
The two Berwick residents were released on conditions to appear in Provincial Court in February 2013.
