Owners of the Woodman Grove subdivision in Wolfville want to tweak their apartment configuration.

The mixed-use residential development, which was approved in 2005, was scheduled to include six 36-unit apartment buildings. One apartment building has been built and is occupied. A second is under construction.

The developer has requested an amendment to the development agreement to allow for two 36-unit buildings and three 48-unit buildings.

Planning director Gregg Morrison said Monday the total number of units would remain unchanged at 216.

“This would allow for a better economy of scale,” he noted.

Interest, Morrison said, is concentrated on units with a view of the Minas Basin.
