Halloween fire bug in Canning

It was a quiet Halloween night for the RCMP except for one incident that is becoming an Oct. 31 tradition.

For the third year in a row, someone tried to set a monument in Canning on fire.

Just before 10 p.m., the fire was reported to RCMP, but there are no suspects at this time. No significant damage was done.

Kentville Police reported a quiet night with no calls of note.
