Members of the Acadia Axewomen basketball team are passing on their knowledge to the next generation of local basketball players with the Axewomen Junior basketball program.

The program sees coach Bev Greenlaw and members of the team teach basketball skills to girls in grades 3 to 9 with the aim of promoting female fitness and developing local players who may eventually become Axewome.
