SPA SPRINGS, N.S. - Three Kings County residents are facing charges following an alleged early morning break and enter in Spa Springs, Annapolis County.

A Spa Springs resident spotted two men and one woman on his property at about 7:19 a.m. July 13.
“The owner blocked the only exit from the property with his vehicle and called 911. Annapolis District RCMP responded immediately and took the three into custody,” said a recent press release from Annapolis District RCMP.

Sarah Jade Smith of Cambridge Mountain Road and Jordan Donald Delorey of Bishop Mountain Road were arrested and stand accused of one count of break and enter and one count of possession of stolen property. Keifer Andrew Belliveau of Henshaw Drive faces two additional weapons-related charges.

The trio is due to appear in provincial court in Annapolis Royal Aug. 27.
