12:30 p.m. - Kentville firefighters responded to a report of an unknown smell on Harry Drive.
1:48 p.m. - New Minas firefighters responded to a report of a truck on fire on Highway 101. It turned out to be in Kentville’s territory, at Exit 13, and New Minas monitored the situation until Kentville firefighters arrived.
9:25 p.m. - Waterville and District firefighters responded to a report of a car on fire on a vacant lot in Chipman Brook. The vehicle was a total loss.
9 a.m. - Canning firefighters responded to a medical emergency on Gospel Road in Arlington.
3:45 p.m. - Canning firefighters and EHS paramedics responded to a medical emergency involving a farm vehicle on Old Baxter Mill Road, Baxter’s Harbour.
The tractor went over an embankment, but the driver was able to jump clear, avoiding serious injury.
6 p.m. - Greenwich firefighters responded to a report of a possible woods fire on Schofield Road. On their arrival they found an approximately 10 by 25 foot patch on fire, which was extinguished fairly quickly.
9:20 a.m. - Greenwich firefighters responded to a tree on fire in the woods off Deep Hollow Road near Black River Lake.
3:50 p.m. - Berwick firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding on Highway 360 in Somerset.
10:53 a.m - Wolfville firefighters responded to assist EHS paramedics with a medical emergency at the Acadia dyke soccer fields.
6:55 a.m. - Waterville and District firefighters responded to a report of a possible smoke condition in a residence on Highway 1, Cambridge. .
6 p.m. - Greenwich firefighters responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 1 in Greenwich.
10:05 a.m. - Berwick firefighters responded to a fire alarm sounding at 4507 Highway 1, South Berwick. On arrival, they found it was actually an EMO exercise.
11:30 a.m. - Canning firefighters responded to a single-vehicle collision with undetermined injuries on Highway 341, Upper Canard.
