The iconic hockey trophy, normally on display at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto, was brought to Wolfville by Scotiabank, a sponsor of Rogers Hometown Hockey. That TV event will pay a visit to Wolfville Nov. 28 to 29, including a live broadcast from the town of the intermission portions of an NHL game Nov. 29 and other hockey-related events.

The Acadia atom AA team members got to have their photos taken with the trophy prior to their regular practice at the Andrew H. McCain Arena.

After the practice, the players and their families were invited to a special reception in the Hall of Fame room, during which the cup was again on display.
