The Horton Griffins defeated the Bridgetown Trojans by a score of 4 to 1 in Valley high school hockey action at the Kentville arena on Saturday night. Bridgetown gave a strong showing but couldn’t overcome the effort put forth by the Griffins. There was a good crowd on hand for the event, including many Horton students, who cheered the home team to victory.
