The Valley Wildcats are holding a week long Training Camp Preparatory Ice for all players getting ready to attend their 2014-2015 season training camps.
Camp will include four ice sessions, with each session running one hour and 15 minutes. The focus will be on skill reinforcement and conditioning to prepare players for their training camps. It’s expected these sessions will be highly intensive and fast pace.
The sessions are open to junior A and B, major midget, minor midget and high school players.
The sessions will run in the evenings from Aug. 18-21 at the Kings Mutual Century Centre in Berwick. The cost is $80 for five hours of ice time.
All sessions will be instructed by T.J. Smith, head coach of the midget Wildcats and assistant coach of the junior A Wildcats.
