WOLFVILLE, NS - Information on a popular local tennis club is now just a click away.

The Wolfville Tennis club is launching a brand new, sleek and stylish website as part of their 40th anniversary celebration.

The new website, located at, features information on new services to existing and future tennis players. It also allows existing members to renew memberships and allows community members to enroll and pay for summer lessons online.

“It’s a big step for convenience for everybody,” said Centreville resident Bob Hainstock, who has been a member of the Wolfville club for the past six years.

By having all of the club’s information online, including upcoming events, Hainstock believes it will be a time saver; people looking for information will no longer have to pick up a phone and track down a member. The information, he says, will be available right at their fingertips.

“Our website is one of the best in the Annapolis Valley, maybe even Nova Scotia,” he adds.

Launching a website has long been regarded as a key step in the advancement of the tennis club, he adds. It’s also hoped it will appeal to younger tennis enthusiasts.

But the website also has appeal for long-time members, who can use the site to check out the club’s events and calendar, view the photo archive and get club information quickly and easily.
